■Ingredients: 30g of this product, 50g to 60g of water (just under 4 tablespoons), kinako (soybean flour) or brown sugar syrup to taste
1. Place 30g of this product in a bowl.
2. Add 50g (hard) to 60g (soft) (just under 4 tablespoons) of water and mix for about 30 seconds.
3. Finish by sprinkling kinako (roasted soybean flour) or brown sugar syrup on top as desired. *30g (finished product is 80g-90g) is the recommended serving size, and will make 8-9 dumpling-shaped warabimochi (10g each).
Authentic warabimochi can be easily made by just mixing.
