◆Product Description: Farmland Maki's specialty melons, grown by two generations of melon farmers for 45 years. Safe and secure melon cultivation without the use of chemical fertilizers. Seeds, pulp, and skin are removed. It can be eaten simply by thawing, so there is no hassle. Located in the eastern part of Kagoshima Prefecture, in the naturally rich Shibushi area, we aim to produce safe and secure melons by supplementing the nutrients of the soil with organic matter derived from nature, and creating and using fully ripened compost that has been fermented using our own microorganisms to add nutrients to the soil. We do not use any pesticides, but instead disinfect the soil with heat in our own way, and use plenty of organic fertilizer rich in minerals to cultivate our specialty melons. In addition to popular smoothies, sours, juices, and frozen drinks, you can also use them as ingredients and toppings for dishes, sweets, and desserts such as fruit cakes, ice cream, and jellies. They are delicious as they are.
