Product description: Nukadaki is a local dish from Kokura, Kitakyushu, that has been passed down since the Edo period when Lord Ogasawara was the feudal lord of Kokura. The ingredients are simmered in soy sauce, mirin, sugar, etc., and finally the nukadoko is added as a seasoning and the dish is simmered.
Rice bran beds have long been treasured as a preserved food and contain a lot of lactic acid bacteria. They are also good for health and beauty. Furthermore, the rice bran beds sold at Kitakyushu Ekiben are prepared using Hita Tenryosui water. They are an excellent dish that goes well with both rice and alcohol. You can eat them as they are, or warm them up before eating.
