This product is made from glutinous rice and is a mochi flour made using the traditional method of pounding with a mallet to produce fine grains.

"How to make delicious"
1. Add cold or lukewarm water little by little and knead until it is as soft as an earlobe. (If it is too soft, squeeze it with a dry cloth.) 2. Roll it into a ball the size of your hand and place it in boiling water to boil. 3. When it floats, scoop it up and enjoy with rabbit-branded soybean flour or bean paste as you like.
