Recommended ways to relieve fatigue from a new life

We will introduce some recommended ways to relieve stress by being a little more conscious and incorporating them into your daily life to refresh your mind.

Easy self-care you can start right away

-Take a deep breath-
When you feel anxious or tense for a long time, your breathing becomes shallow without you realizing it.
When you notice this, try to consciously take a deep breath.

Sit up straight, close your eyes lightly, place your hands on your stomach, and count "one, two, three" in your head as you slowly exhale through your mouth. Count to three in the same way, but this time inhale through your nose.
You may find yourself thinking along the way, "What should I have for dinner tonight?", but try to be conscious of not thinking about it as much as possible!

- Eat a little something sweet -
Apparently, eating sweets produces serotonin, also known as the "happiness hormone."
However, eating too much can actually have a negative effect on your body.

You can easily add vegetables to your miso soup by simply adding them to hot water.
Why not try keeping one at home?

It's an easy way to get calcium, protein, vitamins and minerals.
