These symptoms may be caused by stress or fatigue.
My body feels tired and I have no energy.
I have stiff shoulders and neck, and migraines.
Difficulty falling asleep, light sleep, etc.
For those experiencing these symptoms,
We will introduce some recommended ways to relieve stress by being a little more conscious and incorporating them into your daily life to refresh your mind.
Easy self-care you can start right away
-Take a deep breath-
When you feel anxious or tense for a long time, your breathing becomes shallow without you realizing it.
When you notice this, try to consciously take a deep breath.
\let's do it/
Sit up straight, close your eyes lightly, place your hands on your stomach, and count "one, two, three" in your head as you slowly exhale through your mouth. Count to three in the same way, but this time inhale through your nose.
You may find yourself thinking along the way, "What should I have for dinner tonight?", but try to be conscious of not thinking about it as much as possible!
- Eat a little something sweet -
Apparently, eating sweets produces serotonin, also known as the "happiness hormone."
However, eating too much can actually have a negative effect on your body.
Why not try incorporating just a little bit of something that is good for your body?

It promotes blood circulation and refreshes the body and mind.
Aerobic exercise such as walking is recommended.
\Going for a walk this weekend/
With the weather getting warmer,
On your day off, why not take some time to take a leisurely walk while admiring the blue sky and flowers?
Add a little extra nutrition to your daily routine!
People who have started a new life living alone and have an unbalanced diet, or people who are so busy that they end up settling for simple meals.
Malnutrition can lead to fatigue and even illness.

Relax with a bath and a good night's sleep
We recommend soaking in a hot bath to get a good night's sleep.
Soak in lukewarm water (38-40°C) for about 10 minutes.
Adding your favorite scent of essential oils or bath salts will increase the soothing effect.
After bathing, try to spend as much time as possible in a relaxing environment.
We also recommend turning down the lights in your room, limiting your caffeine intake, and avoiding smartphones and television as much as possible.
\Recommended before going to bed/
Amazake heated to about 60 to 70 degrees will soothe your tired body.
It warms the body, calms the mind, and helps you sleep better.
