Chinese-style grilled rice ball with chazuke
Ingredients (1 serving)
2 frozen grilled rice balls (100g)
1 teaspoon additive-free Chinese soup stock
180ml water
Add a little of the most mellow, additive-free soy sauce (or your favorite ingredients)
・A sprinkle of white sesame seeds ・Shredded seaweed (as needed) ・A pinch of sakura shrimp (3g)
・A pinch of Oboro konbu (kelp) (3g)
・Ikura (salmon roe) to your liking
How to make it
1. Heat two frozen grilled rice balls in the microwave for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
② Dissolve the Chinese soup stock thoroughly in 180ml of boiling water.
3. Gently pour in your favorite ingredients and Chinese soup stock, then finish by adding soy sauce.
