This vegetable stock contains powdered six types of vegetables: shiitake mushrooms, onions, radishes and carrots, cabbage, and burdock. You can put it in a stock bag to make stock, or use it as is in your cooking.
This time I tried using it in my cooking!
My daughter ate a lot of it.
I tried it too and could really taste the savory flavor of the dashi stock - it tasted just like okonomiyaki!
For adults, it might be delicious with mayonnaise and sauce.
You could try adding some other vegetables, but you can still enjoy the flavor of the vegetables even without them, so this is a great option for when you don't feel like cutting vegetables is a hassle.
~Maeda family's additive-free vegetable stock~
It is made using only six carefully selected vegetables, without using any animal ingredients. The umami flavor of the vegetables is concentrated, resulting in a mild and mild broth. Not only is it free of salt and chemical seasonings, but it also does not contain yeast extract, protein hydrolysates, dextrin, etc., which are found in many additive-free broths. It is made using natural ingredients, so it is safe for children to eat.
