Fried noodles with thickened sauce
The burnt noodles and mildly flavored sauce go perfectly together!
Ingredients (for 2 people)
300g of your favorite vegetables
200g pork belly
Boiled noodles for yakisoba for 2 people A little salt A little pepper 3 tablespoons of salad oil
Chinese soup stock pack 1 pack Water 250ml
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon potato starch
Sesame oil (as needed)
How to make it
1. Add the Chinese soup stock pack to 250ml of water and bring to a boil. After that, simmer on low heat for 5 minutes, then squeeze the soup stock pack thoroughly to remove it.
② Mix soy sauce and oyster sauce into ① .
3. Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan, fry the pork, and once cooked, add the vegetables, salt and pepper and continue to stir fry.
④ Add the stock from ② to ③, and after it boils, pour in the water-dissolved potato starch. Finally, add the sesame oil and mix well.
⑤Add 2 tablespoons of salad oil to another frying pan, and brown the boiled noodles on both sides while loosening them. When they are browned, turn off the heat and add sesame oil to taste.
⑥Place the noodles on a plate and pour the sauce over them and it's done.
