Broccoli rice ball
It's quick to make and highly nutritious.
Ingredients (serves 2-3)
400g cooked brown rice
1 bunch broccoli 1 tablespoon of Shigoku Japanese soup stock
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 pinches of salt 1 tablespoon dried bonito flakes
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon sesame oil
How to make it
1. Prepare the broccoli. Cut it into small pieces and steam or boil it until it is slightly soft.
② Mix all the ingredients together, form rice balls and it's done.
★Adjust the soy sauce and salt to your liking.
