Chinese stir-fried pork and Chinese cabbage

material

1/4 Chinese cabbage 100g pork
3 eggs 1 tablespoon additive-free Chinese soup stock
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt
Stir-frying oil (appropriate amount)

How to make it

①Cut the Chinese cabbage into bite-sized pieces.

If the pork is large, cut it into bite-sized pieces.

③Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the beaten eggs until cooked through.

Transfer the eggs to a plate and stir fry the pork and Chinese cabbage in that order.

5. Once the pork is cooked through and the Chinese cabbage has softened, add Chinese soup stock and salt to taste.

⑥Finally , return the scrambled eggs to the frying pan and mix lightly.
