Chinese soup with bok choy

This is a warming Chinese soup made with additive-free Chinese stock, with a gentle flavor.

Ingredients (serves 2-3)

400ml water
1 tablespoon additive-free Chinese soup stock
1 tbsp soy sauce
½ teaspoon salt
1/4 turnip 1 bunch bok choy 1 egg

How to make it

1. Cut the ingredients. Thinly slice the turnip. Separate the stems and leaves of the bok choy. Cut the stems vertically into 3-4 equal parts, and cut the leaves horizontally into thin strips.

Boil 400ml of water in a pot, add Chinese soup stock and boil the soup stock pack for 5 minutes. After the soup stock is removed, add soy sauce.

Add the turnip to ② and simmer for about 3 minutes.

Taste and add salt if it is too thin.

Add the bok choy stems to ④ and boil for about 1 minute. Next, add the leaves and boil for about 30 seconds.

⑥Add the beaten eggs and bring to a boil and it's done.
