Shrimp and mushroom gratin

Made with additive-free chicken consomme, this dish is safe for children.

Ingredients (serves 3-4)

100g macaroni
1 pack of shrimp 1 pack of shimeji mushrooms 1 onion 4 tablespoons of plain flour
30g butter
500ml milk
1 tablespoon additive-free chicken consommé
Cheese to taste Salt and pepper to taste Parsley for garnish

How to make it

1) Boil the macaroni.

②Cut the shimeji mushrooms and onion into bite-sized pieces.

3. Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the shimeji mushrooms, onion, and shrimp.

④Add the flour in several batches and mix until just combined.

⑤Add milk and consomme and mix until thickened.

⑥Add macaroni and season with salt and pepper.

⑦Put it in a gratin dish, top with cheese, and bake in a 250℃ oven until browned (about 15 minutes).

⑧Add some parsley for color and it's done.
