Chinese cabbage sauce

Packed with vegetables! A colorful Chinese style sauce.

Ingredients (serves 2-3)

1/4 Chinese cabbage 1 piece of chicken 100g frozen paprika
20g carrots
1 tablespoon sesame oil
200ml water
Maeda Family Additive-Free Chinese Stock 1 tbsp
★1 tablespoon oyster sauce
★1 tablespoon soy sauce
★1 tablespoon mirin
★1 tablespoon potato starch
★1 teaspoon grated ginger
★Salt and pepper to taste

How to make it

Combine the ingredients marked with (★).

Boil 200ml of water in a pot, add the Chinese soup stock and boil the soup stock pack for 5 minutes.

②Cut the ingredients.
Chinese cabbage: The core part should be small, and the leaves should be large.
Chicken: 1cm width
Carrots: cut into strips⁡
Bell peppers: if large, cut them into equal sizes

③Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken until it is about 80% cooked.

④Add Chinese cabbage, carrots, and paprika and stir fry.

5. Mix the ingredients marked with ★ again, add ★ and ② to a frying pan and heat until thickened.
