Chinese congee with canned scallops
Why not try making this when you're not feeling well or when your stomach is tired after eating and drinking too much?
material
1 bowl of cooked rice Half a can of scallops 200ml of water
1/2 beaten egg *2 teaspoons of Maeda family's Chinese soup stock
★1 teaspoon Maeda family additive-free, extremely mellow soy sauce
★Salt to taste ★Ginger from a tube to taste Green onions and goji berries to taste
How to make it
1 ) Put cooked rice and water in a pot and place over medium heat.
② Once boiling , reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
3) Boil the rice until it loses its shape, then add (★) and half the canned scallops with their juices, then mix.
4. Once the liquid has reduced and the mixture has thickened, add the beaten eggs and serve in a serving dish.
⑤ Top with green onions and goji berries and it's done.
* Adjust the water content to your liking.
* It 's also delicious with sesame oil.
