Spinach and bacon pasta
Ingredients (for 2 people)
2 bunches of spinach 1/8 onion 4 slices of bacon 1-2 teaspoons of additive-free chicken consommé
1 chili pepper 1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
Pasta noodles 160g
How to make it
1. Cut the ingredients. Cut the spinach and bacon into bite-sized pieces, and finely chop the onion.
② Boil the pasta according to the package instructions. While the pasta is boiling, fry the ingredients.
3. Add olive oil to a frying pan, add the chili pepper and chopped garlic, and fry slowly over low heat until fragrant.
Add the chopped onion and sauté over medium heat, being careful not to burn it.
5. Add the bacon and the spinach stems and stir fry. When the stems have softened, add the leaves and continue to stir fry.
⑥Add additive-free chicken consomme, salt and pepper, then taste and adjust to your own taste.
⑦Add the boiled pasta and about 3 tablespoons of the cooking water and mix well. Just before serving, add soy sauce around the edge of the frying pan to add flavor, then serve on a plate and it's done.
