Soft egg and tomato consommé soup
Ingredients (for 2 people)
1 egg 1 tomato (200g)
1 tablespoon grated cheese
1 tablespoon additive-free chicken consommé
½ teaspoon salt
400ml water
Black pepper to taste
How to make it
1. Cut the tomatoes into 2cm cubes.
②Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the powdered cheese and mix.
3. In a pot, bring 400ml of water to a boil, add the chicken consommé and simmer the dashi pack for 5 minutes.
④Add salt and tomatoes to ③ and simmer over low heat for 4 to 5 minutes until the tomatoes become soft.
5. Once the tomatoes have softened, turn the heat to medium and bring to a boil, then slowly pour in the egg mixture.
⑥Once the eggs have set, turn off the heat and serve in a serving dish. Sprinkle with black pepper to taste and it's done.
