Chinese-style Kinpira Beans
It's a simple recipe that just requires cutting, frying and mixing.
Ingredients (2 servings)
1/3 carrot 10 green beans 1 teaspoon sesame oil
★1 tablespoon soy sauce
★1 tablespoon sake
★1 tablespoon sugar
★1 teaspoon additive-free Chinese soup stock
How to make it
1. Shred the carrots and cut off the stems of the green beans and cut them into 2-3cm pieces.
②Add sesame oil to a heated frying pan and fry the carrots and green beans over medium heat until cooked through. Adjust the frying time to suit your desired texture.
③ Add the seasonings (★) to ②, stir fry until all the moisture has evaporated, then serve on a plate and it's done.
