Simmered dried daikon strips
Ingredients (serves 3-4)
1/2 bag of 75g dried daikon radish 1 piece of fried tofu 1/2 carrot *1 tablespoon of additive-free chicken soup
★2 tablespoons mirin
★2 tablespoons soy sauce
★2 tablespoons sugar
★Water 400cc
Oil (appropriate amount)
How to make it
1 ) Soak the dried daikon radish in water for the amount of time indicated on the package.
② Cut the carrots and fried tofu into thin strips.
3. Add oil to a frying pan and fry the well-squeezed dried daikon radish strips, carrots, and fried tofu.
④ Add ★ and boil until all the water has evaporated.
* If you are concerned about leftover chicken soup powder, please use a dashi pack.
