Whole carrot pancake
Ingredients (for 2 pieces)
1 carrot with leaves 1/2 onion Rice oil and sesame oil, to taste
【material】
2 potatoes (150g)
1.5 tablespoons additive-free Chinese soup stock
15g plain flour
Okara powder 15g
½ teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 egg 50ml water
How to make it
①Cut the ingredients.
Carrot leaves: Remove the thick stems and chop the rest. Carrots: Julienne Onions: Slice
② Fry the carrots and onions in a frying pan.
③ Make the dough. Grate the potatoes, mix the remaining dough ingredients, add ② and the carrot leaves and mix.
④ Add rice oil to a frying pan, heat the pan, and spread ③ on it and fry.
⑤Once the fish has browned, flip it over and cook both sides. To finish, add sesame oil and cook until crispy.
