Easy to make in a rice cooker! A nutritious pilaf made with whole tomatoes.

Ingredients (serves 3-4)

Rice (unwashed rice) 2 cups water 400ml
50g carrots
Sliced ​​boiled mushrooms 50g
Boiled corn 70g
60g bacon
1 tomato 2 tablespoons white wine
1 pack of chicken consommé stock (contents used)
1 teaspoon salt
A little pepper A little parsley

How to make it

1. Cut the bacon into bite-sized pieces, dice the carrots, and drain the mushrooms and corn.

②Add rice, 400ml water and all other ingredients to the rice cooker, stir lightly and start to cook.

3. Once the rice is cooked, sprinkle pepper to taste, mix, transfer to a plate and sprinkle with parsley to finish.
