Boiled eggplant with lentil
If you want just one more dish, why not try making this?
Ingredients (serves 2-3)
2 eggplants Roasted sesame seeds (as needed) 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
★2 tablespoons water
★Maeda Family Additive-Free Chinese Stock 1/4 teaspoon
★2 tablespoons of noodle soup (straight)
★1 teaspoon grated ginger
How to make it
1. Put the marinade seasonings (★) into a heat-resistant container and mix.
② Make shallow cuts on the surface of the eggplant and cut it into bite-sized pieces about 3 cm in size. Immediately place it in the marinade and mix well.
3. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 6 and a half minutes.
4. After heating, mix the eggplant with the marinade until well combined, sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds and it's done.
