Pumpkin soup
Pumpkin soup is in season in the fall. It can also be served cold.
Ingredients (2 servings)
★1/2 tablespoon additive-free chicken consommé
★200ml water
1/8 pumpkin 250ml milk
Salt and pepper
How to make it
1. Add the water (★) and chicken consomme in a stock pack to a pot to extract the stock.
② Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and pulp, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
③ Add the pumpkin (②) to (①) and simmer until soft.
④ Once the pumpkin is soft, blend it in a blender.
⑤Add milk and season with salt and pepper and it's done.
