[Mid-stage weaning food] Chinese rice bowl for babies

Recipes for babies in the middle stage of weaning, around 7 to 8 months old.
A nutritious Chinese rice bowl.

Ingredients (2 servings)

15g minced chicken
1/2 egg 20g broccoli
20g carrots
20g potatoes
1/3 teaspoon Chinese soup stock
150ml water
Soft rice 40g
1 drop of soy sauce (for flavor)
Water-dissolved potato starch (as needed)

How to make it

1. Cut the potatoes, carrots, and broccoli into 1cm cubes.

Boil water in a pot and simmer the vegetables until they are soft, then transfer them to a plate.

③Add the vegetables from ②, water (you can use the broth from boiling them), ground chicken, and Chinese soup stock to a frying pan and heat over medium heat.

Once the water is boiling, pour in the beaten eggs.

5. Make sure the eggs and meat are cooked through, add soy sauce for flavor if you like, and thicken with water-dissolved potato starch.
