This is a meat and potato dish with a gentle flavor and a fragrant Japanese dashi stock.

Ingredients (2 servings)

2 tablespoons (30g) minced chicken
20g potatoes
20g carrots
20g onion
★Water 300cc
★1/2 teaspoon of the ultimate Japanese soup stock
A little soy sauce

How to make it

(Ingredients★) Boil water in a pot, add the Shigoku Japanese Dashi stock in a dashi pack, and simmer for 5 minutes.

2) Peel the potatoes, carrots, and onions and cut them into pieces about 5mm in size.

③ Add ② to the stock boiled in and simmer until it becomes firm enough to be easily crushed with your fingers.

Add the ground chicken and simmer until it changes color.

⑤Add soy sauce for flavor and it's done.
