This is a baby food recipe that uses additive-free Chinese soup stock.

Spinach and hijiki porridge

Ingredients (for 1 serving)

Additive-free Chinese soup stock (less than a pinch)
Spinach, a little hijiki, a little cooked rice, half a child's bowl of water, appropriate amount

~How to make~

1) Cut the spinach into small pieces.

Put the ingredients in a pot and simmer until done.

* Adjust the amount of water according to your child's progress with weaning.

Tofu and vegetable soup

Ingredients (for 1 serving)

Additive-free Chinese soup stock (less than a pinch) 1 teaspoon soy milk
Tofu, a little Chinese cabbage, a little carrot, a little spinach, a little water

~How to make~

1. Cut the tofu, spinach, Chinese cabbage, and carrots into small pieces.
This time I made the carrots into a star shape.

②Put the ingredients in a pot and simmer.

③Finally , add soy milk and heat for a little while and it's done.


In the finished photo, I've also added sweet potato paste and orange!
