[Mid-stage baby food] Colorful vegetable somen noodles

Ingredients (2 servings)

★300cc water
★2 teaspoons of additive-free Japanese dashi
20g carrots
20g broccoli
Somen noodles 15g
●200ml water
1 tablespoon water-dissolved potato starch

How to make it

1. Put (★water) and (★Japanese soup stock) in a pot and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes to extract the stock.

② Finely chop the carrots and broccoli.

③ Add the vegetables (②) to the stock prepared in (①) and simmer until soft.

④ Put the (● water) and (● somen) into a heat-resistant container and microwave (600W) for about 3 minutes. After heating, drain the water, rinse quickly under running water, and chop finely.

⑤ Add the somen noodles (④) to the pot (③) and stir in the water-dissolved potato starch. Bring to a boil, then serve in a serving dish and it's done.
