[Late-stage baby food] Miso-boiled udon and pumpkin tuna balls
Miso stewed udon
Ingredients (serves 3)
Udon noodles 1/2 a head of spinach 30g
15g carrots
1 egg * 3g additive-free Japanese soup stock
★Water 200cc
A little miso
~How to make~
1. Cut the soft boiled spinach and carrots into small pieces. Cut the udon noodles into pieces about 2-3 cm long.
②Put water and Shigoku Japanese soup stock in a small pot and bring to a boil, then add the udon noodles and vegetables and simmer for about 5 minutes.
3) Pour in the beaten eggs and mix with chopsticks.
④Add the miso until dissolved and it's done.
Pumpkin tuna balls
Ingredients (6 pieces: 3 servings)
60g pumpkin
1/4 can of tuna 1/3 teaspoon of additive-free Japanese dashi
~How to make~
1) Peel the pumpkin, boil it until soft and mash it.
② Add the squeezed tuna and the ultimate Japanese soup stock, mix, divide into 6 equal parts, roll into balls, and it's done.
