[Mid-stage baby food] Vegetable udon noodles with thickened sauce
For babies in the middle stage of weaning, around 8 to 10 months old.
You can also arrange it with other noodles besides udon.
Ingredients (2 servings)
★150ml water
★1 teaspoon of the ultimate Japanese soup stock
20g boiled udon noodles
20g okra
20g tomatoes
20g carrots
Water-dissolved potato starch, appropriate amount 1 drop of soy sauce (optional)
How to make it
1. Put the (★) water and (★) Supreme Japanese Dashi stock in a dashi pack into a pot and bring to a boil.
② Finely chop the okra and carrots after removing the seeds . Remove the skin and seeds from the tomatoes and finely chop them as well.
③ Add (②) to (①) and boil until the vegetables are soft.
④Boil the udon noodles until soft, cut them into small pieces, and place them in a bowl.
⑤ Add flavorful soy sauce to (③) if desired, and thicken with water-dissolved potato starch.
⑥ Pour the vegetable sauce over the udon noodles in the bowl and it's done.
