[Middle stage baby food] Hand-held okonomiyaki
This is a special okonomiyaki recipe for babies in the middle stage of weaning, around 8 to 10 months old.
Can also be baked and frozen.
Ingredients (about 20 pieces)
★Water 130cc
★1 teaspoon of the ultimate Japanese soup stock
★100g flour
1 egg 50g cabbage
Minced pork 50g
60g silken tofu
1/2 teaspoon green laver
How to make it
1. Lightly mix the ingredients marked with ★ with a whisk, then add the eggs and mix together.
② Leave (①) in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
③ Remove the core of the cabbage and chop it finely.
4. Add the minced pork to a heated frying pan and stir fry over medium heat until it changes color, then transfer to a plate and let cool.
5. Place the silken tofu in a bowl and mix with a whisk, then add (2) that has been left in the refrigerator and mix lightly with a spatula.
⑥ (⑤) Add cabbage, green laver, and minced pork and mix.
⑦Arrange (⑥) in a heated frying pan in bite-sized pieces and fry until browned on both sides.
