[Middle stage baby food] Minced chicken with minced meat filling
For babies in the middle stage of weaning, around 8 to 10 months old.
It's convenient to divide it into small portions and freeze it. You can also use it on vegetables or udon noodles, or in various other ways.
Ingredients (2 servings)
★200ml water
★1/2 tablespoon of the ultimate Japanese soup stock
70g ground chicken breast
2 teaspoons water-dissolved potato starch
2-3 drops of soy sauce (optional)
How to make it
1. Put the (★) water and (★) Supreme Japanese Dashi stock in a dashi pack into a pot and bring to a boil.
② Add the ground chicken to the soup stock from (①) and shred it until it is finely shredded. Put it on the fire and heat until the chicken is cooked through.
③Season with soy sauce to taste.
④Finally , thicken it with water-dissolved potato starch and it's done.
