[Mid-stage baby food] Boiled chicken and pumpkin
For babies in the middle stage of weaning, around 8 to 10 months old.
The fluffy pumpkin is delicious.
Ingredients (serves 2)
30g minced chicken
60g pumpkin
Water-soluble potato starch (as needed) *200ml water
★1/2 tablespoon of the ultimate Japanese soup stock
How to make it
1) Cut the peeled pumpkin into 1cm cubes.
② Put the (★) water and (★) Supreme Japanese Dashi stock in a dashi pack into a pot and bring to a boil.
③ Add the pumpkin to ②, cover, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
④Once you check that the pumpkin is soft, set it aside on a separate plate.
⑤ Add ground chicken to the broth from ④ .
⑥Once it is loosened to a certain extent, cover and simmer slowly over medium heat.
⑦ Add the pumpkin from ④ and thicken with water-dissolved potato starch to finish.
