Lettuce fried rice and chive and egg soup

These two dishes, made with additive-free Chinese soup stock, are perfect for lunch.

Ingredients and recipe for lettuce fried rice

Ingredients (serves 3-4)

1/2 onion 1/4 carrot 4-5 lettuce leaves 5-6 sausages 3 eggs 3-4 servings of rice 2 teaspoons of additive-free Chinese soup stock
1/3 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sesame oil

~How to make~

1. Cut the ingredients. Onion and carrot: Finely chop. Lettuce core: Shred. Lettuce leaves: Easy to eat size. Wieners: Thinly slice.

Cook the eggs and return them to the plate.

③Add sesame oil to a frying pan and fry the sausages, onions, carrots, and lettuce stems until soft.

④Add the warm rice and stir fry until it becomes fluffy while mixing with the ingredients.
Add Chinese soup stock and salt and mix well.

5. Stir-fry the lettuce leaves and the eggs that you put back on the plate, being careful not to over-mash them.

⑥Add coarsely ground black pepper and salt to taste and it's done.

Ingredients (serves 2-3)

1/2 bunch of Chinese chives 1 egg 1 teaspoon of additive-free Chinese soup stock
400cc water
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 teaspoons potato starch
1 tablespoon sesame oil

~How to make~

1. Put the dashi pack containing water and Chinese soup stock into a pot and boil for about 5 minutes.

②Remove the soup stock pack, add soy sauce, and pour in the katakuriko (potato starch) dissolved in water (not included in the recipe).

3. With the pot on the stove, pour in the beaten eggs until fluffy, then add the chives cut into 3-4 cm pieces. Once they have softened, turn off the heat.

④Pour in the sesame oil and it's done.

* Adjust the soy sauce to your liking.
