Seafood pasta
Ingredients (for 2 people)
200g pasta
1 clove of garlic 1/4 onion ★5g additive-free Chinese soup stock
★Seafood mix (as needed) ★Laurier ★Eagle claws ★1 tablespoon cooking sake
Black pepper salt to taste Parsley and grated cheese to taste
How to make it
1. Prepare to boil the pasta. Boil water in a large pot and add a pinch of salt. Boil the pasta for the time indicated on the package.
②While the pasta is boiling, prepare the pasta sauce. Add oil and garlic to a heated frying pan, and when it becomes fragrant, add the sliced onion and fry.
③ Add ★ and the boiled pasta and stir-fry.
④Finish by adding black pepper and salt to taste and it's done.
Add parsley and grated cheese to taste.
