Ginger-flavored molokheiya and minced pork egg soup

A thick soup made with molokheiya.
The ginger helps warm your body.
It also contains pork, so it's very filling!

Ingredients (for 2 people)

150g minced pork
Molokhiya 50g
1 teaspoon ginger tube
400ml water
1 tablespoon of the ultimate Japanese soup stock
Salt, soy sauce to taste

How to make it

1. Cut off the roots of the molokheiya and boil water (not included in the recipe) for 1 minute. Remove from heat and cut into 3cm pieces.

②Cut the minced pork into 3cm pieces.

3. In a pot, bring 400ml of water to a boil, add the Japanese dashi stock and boil the dashi pack for 5 minutes.

Add the ginger and pork to ③, and when the pork is cooked, add the okra from ①.

* If there is any scum, set it aside.

⑤Add soy sauce and salt to taste. (Adjust the amount to your liking.)

⑥While the mixture is boiling, pour in the beaten eggs and when they start to solidify, mix well, then transfer to a serving dish and it's done.
