Minced chicken and vegetables pilaf style

A dish made by mixing seasoned minced chicken and vegetables with rice. You can feel the gentle flavor of butter and consommé!

材料 (2〜3人分)
- Minced chicken (breast) 15g
- Broccoli 10g
- Carrots 10g
- Onion 5g
- Canned corn (no salt added) 5g
- Butter 1/2 teaspoon
- Consommé 1/4 teaspoon
- Water 4 tbsp
- Soft rice80g
作り方

1Finely chop the broccoli and onion, cut out a star shape from the carrot, and finely chop the rest.

2Peel the corn and cut it in half.

3Add butter to a frying pan and fry the ground chicken over medium heat.

4Once the chicken is cooked through, add ingredients 1 and 2 and stir fry. Add water and consommé, cover and simmer over low heat until the vegetables are soft.

5Remove the star-shaped carrots, add the soft rice and mix everything together. Shape the dish, place it on a plate, and garnish with the removed carrots to finish.
コツ・ポイント
・You can use canned tuna instead of minced chicken breast. ・It is a recipe for the latter half of baby food, around 9 to 11 months. Please adjust the size, hardness and amount of ingredients according to your child's condition.
