材料 (2〜3人分)

  • Minced chicken (breast) 15g
  • Broccoli 10g
  • Carrots 10g
  • Onion 5g
  • Canned corn (no salt added) 5g
  • Butter 1/2 teaspoon
  • Consommé 1/4 teaspoon
  • Water 4 tbsp
  • Soft rice80g

作り方

    Finely chop the broccoli and onion, cut out a star shape from the carrot, and finely chop the rest.

    Peel the corn and cut it in half.

    Add butter to a frying pan and fry the ground chicken over medium heat.
  4. 4
    Once the chicken is cooked through, add ingredients 1 and 2 and stir fry. Add water and consommé, cover and simmer over low heat until the vegetables are soft.

    Remove the star-shaped carrots, add the soft rice and mix everything together. Shape the dish, place it on a plate, and garnish with the removed carrots to finish.
コツ・ポイント

・You can use canned tuna instead of minced chicken breast. ・It is a recipe for the latter half of baby food, around 9 to 11 months. Please adjust the size, hardness and amount of ingredients according to your child's condition.
