Japanese-style Dashi Chazuke

①Put the desired amount of sashimi in a bowl and marinate in soy sauce. Let it soak in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. The picture uses bonito tataki

Boil water in a pan and dissolve Japanese dashi.

③Pour the rice on the chawan, put the sashimi from step 1 on top, and pour the dashi stock from step 2 over the top .
Enjoy with chopped green onions, perilla, wasabi, etc.


I also like yuzuke and chazuke, but dashi chazuke has a deep flavor and I love it ☺️
