Fried udon
Ingredients (serves 3-4)
4 udon noodles 1 onion 1 carrot 200g pork
2 pieces of Chinese cabbage 2 tablespoons of additive-free Chinese soup stock
2 tablespoons of additive-free, mellow soy sauce
How to make it
① Cut the carrots into thin strips, the onions into thin slices, and the Chinese cabbage into bite-sized pieces. If the pork is large, cut it into bite-sized pieces as well.
② In a frying pan with oil, fry the pork, carrots, onion, and Chinese cabbage in that order.
3. Once the meat and vegetables are cooked, add the udon noodles and a small amount of water, and mix while breaking them up.
4. Add the additive-free Chinese soup stock and the additive-free, extremely mellow soy sauce and mix.
⑤Once mixed thoroughly it is done.
